A military parade was held in Beijing on September 3 to commemorate the 70th anniversary of the victories in the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War.

SAIC MAXUS did its best to support the military parade from the preparation stages to the very end. A total of 24 G10 MPVs transported personnel and equipment back and forth between the command center and training bases during training sessions. They were also responsible for carrying war veterans and officers of foreign troops. Thanks to their large space, outstanding performance and excellent quality, the MPVs won praise from the parade’s command center.

The G10 was also selected by central media organizations including Xinhua News Agency and China Central Television (CCTV) for special coverage of the military parade. The MPVs serviced media organizations throughout the event, helping journalists accomplish reporting and interviewing tasks and record special moments.

Previously, MAXUS has sponsored a series of events, including the APEC summit, the Youth Olympic Games, SCO meetings, the CICA summit and the Boao Forum for Asia. Its latest support for the military parade marked yet another major step in its development. The company has vowed to further strengthen manufacturing capabilities and offer consumers still better products and services in the future.
